Modular construction refers to taking factory-produced pre-engineered building units and delivering them to site. They’re then assembled as large elements of a building, the light weight nature of CFS makes modular units to be transported and installed on site in a fast and cost-saving manner.

This school and community had the large project to rebuild the school and associated buildings after cyclone Winston hit Fiji in February 2016. The right construction method needed to be fast and RESILIENT to withstand a category 5 cyclone which is why FRAMECAD was chosen. Due to the remote location of the School, FRAMECAD Implemented a Mobile Factory enabled the team to act quickly.
