A rapidly high-performing solution for producing framing and trusses in heavy residential and light commercial buildings. The FRAMECAD F450iT has been designed to handle the heavy gauge steel required to construct 1 to 7 storey structures and outputs 75–150 mm profiles. Suitable for heavy high walls, heavy trusses, heavy flooring, and short span flooring; the F450iT is an all-round roll forming solution.
The framing product produced by the F450iT is a boxable section, making assembly for heavy building requirements easier. The F450iT offers full framing capabilities with 11 tooling punches and the option of an additional custom tool (on request at time of purchase of manufacturing system).

The F450iT is a 100% New Zealand designed and built manufacturing system; backed with 30 years experience with CFS engineering and manufacturing you can be sure that the F450iT Heavy Residential and Commercial Equipment offers reliability and quality.
CFS construction allows developers to meet tight timelines without compromising on quality and allows fast construction of Mid-Rise buildings including apartments, commercial office buildings, hotels, aged care facilities and more.
Residential housing takes many architectural forms. The versatility of Cold Formed Steel makes it ideal for construction of simple and challenging designs
FRAMECAD allows developers to meet tight deadlines without compromising on quality. By supplying rapidly constructed framing components, developers can enjoy the benefits of cost-effective high density construction.
The rapid, modern steel frame construction offered by FRAMECAD helps local and central governments construct quality, economical institutional buildings for their communities. Leveraging global reach and experience, FRAMECAD works directly with these agencies and with developers and contractors.
GypSteel, used the FRAMECAD technology to build the TV tower at the Olympic Park, housing studios for 16 worldwide stations for live broadcasts of the Olympic Games Rio 2016 . Can be considered one of the most daring buildings in LGS executed in Brazil until today, this construction was challenging. Another success story and an example of innovation and sustainability, as after dismantling of the structure, we reassemble it in another location can be used for commercial rooms.
The project 30-day deadline wouldn’t have been possible without FRAMECAD’s cold formed steel technology.
This project took 10 days to complete from the time of starting production to the installation of all the frames, utilizing only 6 men in total.
For Steel Tech Group, cold formed steel & the FRAMECAD system allowed this 42-unit multi-family development to be built faster, with less labor required.
Douglass Colony used the FRAMECAD system to deliver this 90-unit project in just 4 months — a truly impressive accomplishment for any project of this size.
