Featuring the same versatility as the F325iT, the FRAMECAD F325iT-L features an additional three tooling stations, allowing for more functionality and versatile frame manufacturing. Producing profiles from 2.5" (63mm) to 6" (150mm) in steel up to 18g (1.20mm) thickness, the F325iT-L provides unrivaled production speed and accuracy.
The F325iT-L is suited to construct walls, floors and roofs for 1 – 3 level residential, modular and transportable units, and light commercial construction. It can produce roof trusses up to 15m clear span and can be either factory-based or transportable in a mobile factory.

The FRAMECAD F325iT-L allows for more functions in the manufacturing process allowing a more efficient manufacturing process for trusses and joists. With the advanced technology of FRAMECAD Structure, trusses and joists can be designed and tested against regional building codes and designed to provide the best value for your project.
CFS construction allows developers to meet tight timelines without compromising on quality and allows fast construction of Mid-Rise buildings including apartments, commercial office buildings, hotels, aged care facilities and more.
Residential housing takes many architectural forms. The versatility of Cold Formed Steel makes it ideal for construction of simple and challenging designs
The highly accurate and accelerated production of the FRAMECAD system means that walls, trusses and joists can be prefabricated off site at rapid speed. The streamlined FRAMECAD roll forming equipment takes up minimal space and allows for easy assembly.
Façade systems comprise the structural elements that the building envelope is created from, a wide variety of facade treatments and shapes may be created using CFS, including large ribbon windows, curved and inclined walls, solar shading and balconies.
This single dwelling was completed with the FRAMECAD System. This 358m² single-story house is located on a 3037 m² piece of land. It offers four bedrooms, a study, a veranda, and a double garage. After only 48 hours of detailing using FRAMECAD Structure, the project was fully designed, engineered and constructed within the local building design code.
The project 30-day deadline wouldn’t have been possible without FRAMECAD’s cold formed steel technology.
This project took 10 days to complete from the time of starting production to the installation of all the frames, utilizing only 6 men in total.
For Steel Tech Group, cold formed steel & the FRAMECAD system allowed this 42-unit multi-family development to be built faster, with less labor required.
Douglass Colony used the FRAMECAD system to deliver this 90-unit project in just 4 months — a truly impressive accomplishment for any project of this size.
